Premium Pay

The premium pay feature allows a standard rate to be independently applied to an employees pay based on the number of hours worked for a specified period of time.

Each authorization has the option to be checked as a "premium" authorization (check the premium column per applicable authorization).  The "premium checked authorizations" are what will be available for selection in  the premium pay task drop down filter.

Edit the existing premium pay using the pencil icon on the applicable row in the grid.

Or check the premium pay authorization from the grid to add a new premium pay for a different date range.

The premium task option is the task that will receive the premium amount.  Typically it is the same task as the original authorization (default if nothing is chosen) but can differ in some situations  for a specific premium pay funding designation.
