Administrators

 

eFAACT Administrators have access to all eFAACT features including eFAACT/QuickBooks Interface features such as Sync Lists, Send Hours, etc.   It is a good practice to assign the Administrator role to more than one person, to ensure the admin has a backup.  

An administrator may be assigned as an Alternate Supervisor for all supervisors.  This feature allows an administrator to complete management action for the timecards and expense reports of all users.

An administrator may also be assigned as a Super User which allows that person to enter/change timecards and expense reports.  This feature is designed for exception case scenarios and provides a full audit trial.  All activity entered by a super user is tracked and warning reported until the entries are over signed by the employee. 

The toggle display option allows the user list to toggle between all users and only those assigned as an administrator.
