Reports

The eFAACT Reports are available based on the users role.

Administrators have access to all reports and the reports include data for all contracts and all users.

Supervisors have access to user centric reports for their direct reports and if assigned the direct reports of the supervisors that they are an alternate for (100 series). Supervisors are assigned using eFAACT Central-Supervisors.

Task managers have access to task centric reports for the task that they are assigned as "task manager". Task managers are assigned in eFAACT Central-project/task managers.

Or you can provide specific reports to specific users via a custom security group using eFAACT Central-Groups.

For members of a custom report group to have access to all users and all contracts in the report, assign them as a report administrator. This is done in eFAACT Central-Custom Administrators-report admin. This allows users to run their assigned reports for all users and all contracts without giving them full admin rights.
