Indirect Rate Planning is used to calculate an organization's DCAA proposed provisional rates.
After budgets are entered, provisional rates are calculated using the same rules and allocations defined for period processing.
Indirect Rate Planning is an optional step and may be used for DCAA annual provisional rate submission. The provisional rates applied during period processing are those Indirect rates entered on the Indirect Rates/Cost Center form.
