All eFAACT users may change their own password by
1.Click the gear icon located in the left menu bar
2.Select My Settings
3.Change the value for the Password setting
If a user forgets their password, they can request a reset directly from the eFAACT Login page by clicking the Forgot Password link. This action uses email to send the new password and thus requires an email address for each person.
An eFAACT Administrator may reset a person's password from the All Users page by checking the box in front of the user's name and clicking the Send User ID / Password button.
