332 Invoice Report

The layout of the 332 Invoice Report has been enhanced to always report the total invoice amount at the cost type level. Cost type totaling coincides with page one of the eF Navigator invoice and provides a consistent level for revenue reconciliation. Invoices posted to QuickBooks will summarize at this same cost type level.

Invoice supporting details are an optional display and available to report at a variety of levels. Totals calculated for detail displays may report a slight rounding difference due to the varying levels of summation.

Click the export button to send invoices to Microsoft Excel. eFAACT creates an Excel tab for each invoice and labels them with the contract and invoice number.
