Groups

 

eFAACT Security access, reminder groups and report groups are all created and maintained in Manage Groups.

Groups can be added or deleted using the add and delete option.

Maintaining a group is done my first filtering out which group you would like to edit.

User defined security groups are added to provide access to different features and/or web reports.  First assign the members of the group then using the group items assignment assign process or web report access that are outside of the standard users role.

The group assignments will provide them the access to the additional processes.  If they need to access all users/all contracts within their newly assigned processes, they will also need to be setup as a custom process admin which controls the user and task drop downs and displays within a process.
